1. HOME SELLER CONSULTATION WITH TISH 

The first step in the home selling process is to schedule an in person meeting with us. At this meeting we will provide a free home evaluation, give you recommendations on how to revamp your home to get top dollar, go through the selling process, and discuss our services.

2. INTAKE FORM

Just like when you go to the doctor’s office, our intake form digs out all of the information we need to get you started. It will take about five minutes to complete and will make sure we never miss a detail.

3. PRE-LISTING STAGE

This stage includes watching our video on the pre-listing process. We will also begin the process of arranging home staging, professional photography, professional video, coming soon marketing, putting up our for sale sign & more.

4. LIVE ON MLS

We will post your home live on the MLS and it will be sent to thousands of third party websites for potential buyers to view. We will also conduct open houses, circle prospecting, reverse prospecting, run paid ads & more to get your home in the eyes of thousands of qualified potential buyers. We will also send you updated on the listing progress.

5. OFFER ACCEPTED

Once an offer is accepted. Your lawyer will be responsible for transferring ownership of your home from your name to the new buyers name. They will transfer you the necessary funds from the sale and you will be requried to provide them with your house keys or door code.
